What a week ...

I am EXHAUSTED!!! This was my first full week back at work and with a busy weekend before it I am tired!!! Oh and miss ells decided that she doesn't need to sleep through the night any more ... perfect timing. Mommy back at work equals many sleepless nights! I don't think I would have wanted it any other way ... hehehehe!!!

Working full time, being a mommy full time, and being a wife full time doesn't leave much time in the day to relax or actually enjoy one thing. I feel like I am always running behind wether that is going to work, coming home from work, trying to play with ellie before trying to make dinner, feeding her and bath time. Everyday seems like such a blur! I know, I know, everyone says it will get easier but even if it does get easier there is only so many hours in a day and that is the problem ... I need MORE hours! I want to be able to focus and play with my daughter and not have to worry about all the million things I need to get done before I go to bed! I want a few hours of nonsense and rolling around all over the floor with ells. I miss maternity leave!!

On the other hand, Ellie got baptized last Sunday and it was absolutely PERFECT!!! I will post pictures soon!

Ells is 6 months old TODAY!!!

Ells is 6 months old today ... holy smokes where does the time go! My beautiful baby is just getting so big so fast and is learning so many skills each day it seems! She is my WORLD! Here are a few facts about what she is up to these days:

• She weighs 16 lbs.
• She is 27 inches long.
• She is a big giggler and thinks everything is funny!
• She is having a hard time sleeping at night .... but hopefully, with a little food this will help!
• She is a very good little sitter and is also starting to get on all fours!
• No teeth yet but EVERYTHING goes in her mouth!
• She had her first meal on her half birthday which went over quite well. She ABSOLUTELY loved it!
