Happy 11th Month Birthday!!!

Holy Toledo I will have a one year old in a month! Dear lord, when did that happen!!!

Here is what our BUSY little girl is up to these days:

• I am guessing around 19lbs - 20lbs
• 29 inches
• She is a big ham and loves to laugh and giggle all the time! You have the funniest little laugh ever!!
• Still no more teeth! At this pace you may never get any more teeth! ha!
• She is wearing a size 3 diaper
• She is wearing 6 - 9 and 6 - 12 months clothes!
• She is a running machine!! Crawling is so past tense for you!
• She learned to say dawg and woof! Its pretty adorable!
• She is eating a lot more people food, which makes it way easier for mommy and daddy! I do have to say your favorite is toasted cheese sandwiches which we are also eating a lot too!! I hope soon, you expand your horizons or else mommy and daddy may go hungry!
• Sleeping is AWESOME!!! Please keep it up! You sleep from 10-12 hours a night!
• She NEVER EVER sits still any more!!!
• She is a big time babbler.. wonder where she gets that from, wink!
• She loves to sing!

Its been a while ...

We have been very busy these days! We went to Disneyland again and had an amazing family vacation! We got our first annual passes so we will be going back around Christmas time too!!! Ellie's favorite rides include; It's A Small World and Under the Sea! Here are a few pictures!

The week we returned Miss e got very sick! :( Her first illness! It was a very very hard and long week. I hate seeing my baby cry! Now she is teething! She has been one hot mess for the past week which makes for VERY tired parents! At this rate I hope 10 teeth come in. HA! Oh yes, I am that tired! The hubby and I also learned one of the hardest things as working parents is to have a sick baby and juggle staying at home!

Happy Belated Birthday My Baby Girl!!

A few days late .... but I did take the pictures on time but with the hubby gone on business and working full time mama I ran out of time till NOW!!!

Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl!!! Mommy and Daddy love you so much and we can hardly believe that you are ten months old. You finally passed the milestone where you have been in the outside world longer then Mommy's tummy!!

• She did not get any more teeth this month so we are standing strong at 4!
• She is wearing a size 3 diaper
• She is wearing 6 - 9 and 6 - 12 months clothes!
• She is a walking machine or should I say running machine. You try to run but it needs some practice!! You have now figured out how to stand up all by yourself too so no more rest for Mommy and Daddy!
• She learned to use the American signal for TOUCHDOWN! I will post the video, it is sooo funny!!!
• She is eating toasted cheese sandwich and fishy crackers!
• Sleeping is AWESOME!!! Please keep it up! You sleep from 10-12 hours a night!
• She NEVER EVER sits still any more!!!
• She is a big time babbler.. wonder where she gets that from, wink!
• She loves, loves, loves to clap! In between everything she does she stops and claps for herself! Funny girl!

My new hobby ..

facebook shopping, you heard it hear first, you can find the most fabulous, girlie outfits! My new latest addiction, smocked clothing! Miss Els is going to be the best dressed soon to be 10 month old, I know! I am not sure I can have any more kids because I couldn't afford to dress two kids in such high fashion! Blahhh!! I actually called the hubby tonight to inform him since he is on a business trip! I also told him maybe he should close more deals, no pressure honey!!! I will post some pictures soon of all her cuteness!!

Good bye July and Hello August!!!

All I can say is where the hell did July go? My sweet girl is almost 10 months and I am starting to plan her first birthday and can hardly believe it! Where did my baby go? She is walking up a storm, even in her crib! I didn't know that you could pace in a crib but Ellie is sure good at it! I find it hysterically funny and love to watch it on our monitor.

I am missing the hubby as he is gone away on business, the WHOLE week! :(

To brighten up my week though, I get to start my new job!!! Woohoo!!! Watch out HR here I come ready or not and good bye audit! I have been an auditor since the day I left college 6 years ago and now my new adventure will begin! I am so excited!! Wish me super duper luck!!!

Happy Five years to an AMAZING husband and daddy!!!

Well, yesterday, was our official five year anniversary! I can't believe how much times has gone by since the day we said I DO! It's really amazing how much our lives have changed since July 29, 2006. A little reminiscing ... Our wedding was fabulous, it was exactly what we wanted a huge party and everyone had a blast! Then off to Jamaica for 7 days for our relaxing and first married couple vacation! Our first big purchases were a new Volvo (which we still have) and a condo (which we still live in)! Then we had the year of knee surgeries, Alex had his in December and I had mine in July. July 17 to be exact was the day of hell!!! I ended up being out of commission for a year and a half and had a total of 6 surgeries numerous hospital stays, not the best year and a half for the Sala crew! We made it though it now healthy as a horse and Alex was right there with me the whole time! That time in our lives was not easy but we conquered it!! Then January 2010 .... we are having a BABY!!! On October 5, 2010, Ellie Laureen Sala, was born, our pride and joy!!! All in all the first five years of marriage have been AMAZING and I can hardly wait for what will life bring us next!!!

Happy Anniversary babe, Ellie and I are very lucky girls!!!

We spent the day by taking the day off of work and heading down to San Francisco for a little family time! We had a good lunch and then headed back home where our friends took baby sat Miss E while we had our first couple dinner since she has arrived! it was FABULOUS!!!
