Update Time!

Oregon was a blast! Miss elle got to meet a bunch of new people and see where Mommy lived as a little girl! Yes, I know she will not remember it but it was fun to show her my old room! She did not sleep well at all!!! She missed her crib dearly. Even though she wasn't sleeping that well before we left she took that to a whole new level! :( It was very rough for Mommy! But on the other hand she flew like a champ! She was that perfect baby on the airplane .... thank goodness because I was all by myself! I do have to admit the people at the airport were super nice and were always offering me help which I appreciated very very much!! Thank you to all the nice people out there in the world!!

While in Oregon, we celebrated Unlce KJ's 28th birthday and the Super Bowl. For KJ's birthday we went to a Piano Bar in downtown Portland, which was FABULOUS!!! It was so much fun. Not just because we got to go out with all adults but the bar was happening!! The bad part we didn't get home till around 2:30ish and as soon we got home it was feeding time for miss elle! I got very little sleep that night while everyone slept till about noon the next day! Sigh, I was so jealous!!!

Miss elle's sleeping pattern did improve when we got home but she is still not sleeping like her old self! I wish she was because Alex has been out of town for 2 weeks now and I am SUPER DUPER tired!!! I am so excited he comes home tomorrow and I get some free time! I can hardly wait! What to do, what to do .... oh I know clean up are super messy house because I have not had time, start packing for our Cancun trip next week, oh wait try on bathing suits and my summer gear to see if it fits :( !!!

Heading to Oregon ... home sweet home!

Miss Elle's big travel day is tomorrow! She is going on her first flight, luckily it is not very long (about an hour and ten minutes or so). I am a little worried as Alex cannot travel with me! :( I have told her all day long that we must be good tomorrow between 2pm - 5pm and no pooping or melt downs! I sure hope all my little talks sure work! Fingers crossed!!!

I am sure I am packing WAY too much but better safe then sorry ... right? Well that is what I am going with right now. I am very lucky in the fact that my father in-law is going to take us to the airport and my mom will come and pick us up! I just hope the weather is in our favor and there are no delays!

Miss Elle is going to meet all her family and friends in Oregon, I know she can hardly wait! We will also be celebrating uncle Kj's birthday and the Super Bowl of course! This will be a jammed pack weekend with lots of celebrating! I am just hoping that Miss Elle has an easy transtition to all her new surrondings! This is the trial trip before we fly her across country to Cancun, Mexico, on Febraury 16! Hopefully, our future is looking bright! :)
